Last Updated: July 18, 2026
Welcome to FutureMind AI & Software Labs. By registering for our courses, accessing our learning materials, or participating in our internships and job placement programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and notices. Please read these terms carefully before enrolling.
1. Acceptance and Scope of Services
By enrolling in any of our technical training modules, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal guardian approval to participate. We deliver live, interactive coding lectures, study directories, code reviews, and project portfolios as described under our course curriculum sections.
2. Enrollment, Batch Scheduling, and Course Fees
FutureMind offers specialized weekend and weekday batches structured for students and working professionals.
- Fees: Enrollment fees are payable as per the selected course payment schedule. Access to online classes, resources, and live channels is granted upon receipt of payment.
- Refund Policy: All course enrollment fees are strictly non-refundable once classes have commenced or learning materials have been shared. Batch transfer requests are subject to seat availability and approval.
- Schedule Modifications: We reserve the right to reschedule lectures or assign alternative instructors under exceptional circumstances to maintain educational standards.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
We maintain clear policies on proprietary learning assets versus the work students build:
- Course Materials: All training documents, curriculum designs, slide decks, video recordings, and boilerplate code templates are the intellectual property of FutureMind AI and cannot be redistributed or resold.
- Student Portfolios: Code and projects created solely by you for assignments remain your personal work. You are encouraged to display these on your personal GitHub accounts.
- Live Client Assignments: Any code, assets, or software built by students as part of live client projects or official internships may be subject to NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). Ownership of client-specific IP is governed by the project sponsor's agreements.
4. Code of Conduct and Academic Integrity
Students are expected to maintain high professional standards during all lectures, mock interviews, and team channels:
- Plagiarism of assignments, purchasing project portfolios, or copy-pasting other students' code without permission will result in immediate suspension from the program without refund.
- Respectful communication is required towards trainers, staff, and fellow students on WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, or Google Meet. Harassment or abusive language will not be tolerated.
5. Internship & Placement Assistance Guidelines
FutureMind offers robust placement support (including mock interview feedback, resume building, and profile optimization). However, students must fulfill specific prerequisites:
- Placement assistance and direct referrals to software partners are **privileges reserved for students showing high commitment**, including 85%+ lecture attendance and timely project submissions.
- FutureMind **does not guarantee placement or employment**. Job offers depend on student eligibility, external interview performance, and market requirements.
- Internship certificates are awarded only to students completing the minimum required duration and showing satisfactory code reviews on their client sprints.
6. Limitation of Liability
FutureMind AI & Software Labs, its instructors, and founders shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course attendance, server downtimes, software bugs, or the inability of a student to secure employment after course completion.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
